Lighting Zone B2B Supply Agreement
Effective Date: January 2026 • Version 2.1
1. Wholesale Rate Quotations & Validity
All official quotation sheets issued by Lighting Zone Store are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance. Prices quoted exclude GST and freight unless explicitly stated as delivered duty-paid (DDP). Wholesale rate tiers apply exclusively to verified commercial contractors, developers, and corporate accounts.
2. Order Processing & Site Delivery
Standard in-stock commercial luminaires are dispatched within 24–48 hours across Pakistan. Custom engineered fixtures or special color temperatures (CCT) manufactured by Philips, Opple, or Osram are subject to factory production lead times communicated at the time of quotation confirmation.
3. Manufacturer Warranty & RMA Process
All fixtures are backed by standard 3 to 5-year manufacturer warranties. In the event of a driver or LED component failure, Lighting Zone facilitates direct factory RMA replacement. Warranty claims require submission of invoice numbers and failure diagnostic reports from a qualified electrical engineer.
4. Inspection & Returns Policy
Clients must inspect shipments upon arrival. Shortages or transit damages must be reported within five (5) business days. Unopened standard stock items may be returned subject to a 10% restocking fee. Custom fabricated or project-specific orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
5. Technical Specification & DIALux Disclaimer
DIALux simulations provided by Lighting Zone are advisory calculation tools based on standard reflectivity and luminaire photometric files (IES/LDT). Final lux level compliance remains the responsibility of the project consultant or MEP engineering team.
