Information collected includes corporate contact names, company registration details, commercial delivery addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses.
2. Technical & Project Specification Confidentiality
All architectural CAD drawings, electrical single-line diagrams, and DIALux simulation files shared with Lighting Zone for project calculation remain strictly confidential. Project files are used exclusively by our engineering team to calculate lux levels and prepare compliant commercial proposals.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Suppliers
We do not sell or rent commercial client data. Information may only be shared with authorized manufacturer logistics partners (such as Philips, Opple, or Osram distribution networks) solely for warranty verification, direct factory dispatch, or rate sheet validation.
